How to convert a raw foods pantry storage




Freshness have obvious: mango nectarines peaches pitted cherries grapes melon papaya citrus carrots
Red Cabbage Radish coconut rhubarb mushrooms onion tomatoes wheat grass buckwheat lettuce pea sprouts berries: strawberries, raspberries cranberries, salmon Berry, Foxglove berries, Logan berries blueberries, rose hips, Gojie berries
edible flowers: violet, rose petals Johnny jump up, Nasturtium, Berry petals, Oregon grape, Mallow, etc...
Walnuts pine seeds sesame seeds whole herbs (coriander, basil, lemon thyme, etc..)
Sprouts:Alfalfa, broccoli, onions, garlic, sunflower, pea, lens, radish, adzuki, garbanzo, soy, mung, almonds, Klee, etc....Knoblauch apple cider vinegar (RAW) maple syrup almond butter NAMA miso shoyu (soy sauce) flax coconut oil (organic) olive oil (organic), oil, flax, hemp oil
Cod liver, tamanu oil Kamut oat groats buckwheat millet wild rice chickpeas black bean mung beans edible weeds: nettles(blended!)Miners lettuce, sea asparagus, lambs quarters, fennel, common chickweed, Purselane, Comfrey shoots, wild Sorrel (sour grass)

Dry matter & spices have obvious:

Celtic salt
Kelp Dulse spices, honey, raisins, dried apricots, dates and other dried fruits
Tamarind
Cannabis seeds
RAW locust bean gum (in contrast to roasted)
Agar agar
